We are delighted to welcome two new consultants into the Lafferty fold – Karl Coughlan as Associate Director, Lafferty Project Managers and Jelena Kovacevic, Lafferty Project Architect.
Karl Coughlan is a Chartered Project Management Surveyor, with twenty years’ experience in New Zealand, Ireland and Australia. He brings with him, a wealth of experience in residential & retail orientated projects and has worked within the housing, aviation, manufacturing and health sectors.
Karl has a proven ability to successfully deliver challenging projects within live operating environments and on fast track construction projects.
Jelena has joined our ever-expanding team of Architects and brings with her a passion and flair for interiors. She graduated with a Masters from the Zagreb University School of Architecture in 2011 and has built up an impressive portfolio of work on several commercial and retail fit outs, as well as residential projects. This include projects for Lidl, the pharmaceutical chain Bipa and design and construction documentation for aircraft hangers in Osijek and Popovača, for Zagreb Traffic Institute.
Jelena has recently been accepted as a member of the RIAI, having previously been a member of the Croatian Chamber of Architects.
