Brief

Provide project management and costs consultancy services for the office Fit-Out of levels 1 and 2 of Georges Quay; moving from CAT A to CAT B standard.

Solution

This involved the Fit-Out of level 1 and part of level 2 in George’s Quay from developer’s standard to client’s requirements. Despite a challenging programme, this project was delivered to the client snag free, on time and under budget.

Outcomes

Key to the success of this project was Lafferty’s careful management of client direct sub-contractors and internal US client stakeholders. The client’s satisfaction with the project is evident as they have subsequently retained Lafferty for the project management of their new EMEA HQ offices.
