High quality office development and investment asset to fast track programme in order to meet with market requirements and the delivery of a landmark 2,100 seat theatre.

Solution

This ambitious programme provided the centerpiece of Martha Swartz’s uniquely stylized, public square. The theatre was delivered in conjunction with internationally renowned architect Daniel Libeskind.

The offices are currently occupied by William Fry, Facebook and CCC and achieved a BREEAM rating of 'Excellent' as well as a Building Energy Rating of 'A3'.

Outcomes

Lafferty invested significant resource at the front end of the programme to establish a highly competent team and project structure to mitigate risk and aid towards delivery on client objectives. We had a significant role in Stakeholder Management which was an important contributor to project success.
