Brief

The contract comprises of a fit out of the existing shell and core of a multi use building in Dublin 15, including minor alterations to structure, installation of new internal stud partitions and doors, new floor, wall and ceiling finishes, mechanical, electrical and security installations, and all signage, furniture and building fitting requirements. The affected gross internal floor area is 215 m².
