Brief
This high profile site fronts the Boyne in the centre of Drogheda, Co Louth. The client sought about providing a mixed use development next to the boyne which would complement the protected structure at its heart.
Response
In response to the brief the key objective for this project was the seamless integration of the development with its context, the enhanced the pedestrian movement routes and the provision of a new public space. This development in Drogheda, Co. Louth, comprises of retail, office, and residential apartments, integrates into its context and compliments the protected structure No 3 South Quay.
This development stands as a high quality gateway to Drogheda with a distinctive rhythm and materiality.
