Lafferty are delighted to announce that work has now commenced on site at Scotch House on Dublin’s Burgh Quay for which we are providing full Architectural and Project Management services . The project has been designed using BIM with a fully federated and clash-free architectural/structural/building services design model delivered to the main contractor. The construction BIM model will be maintained by the main contractor and will be a useful tool for managing on-site coordination and logistics on a compact City Centre site. This project is the first new development on the Liffey Quays in Dublin’s historic core in many years and will deliver a first-class City Centre office building worthy of its prominent site.
